How does Knowbase work?
Knowbase is Dropbox and ChatGPT combined. You store your files in the Library and have access to all the information collected in them, simply by asking a question on the chat.

How many files can I store in my knowledge base?
You can store as many files as you want depending on the available space and number of uploads.
For example Standard plan allows you to store up to 10GB of files.
Can I upload multiple files at once?
Yes, you can upload up to 100 files at once.
Those can be PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, video and audio recordings or YouTube videos pasted by links.
What types of files do you support?
You can upload files in following formats:

What’s the maximum duration of video or audio recordings that I can upload?
Knowbase transcribes video and audio recordings from speech to text. For the Standard plan, you can transcribe up to 900 minutes of video or audio recordings in multiple files.
How long will it take to transcribe my video or audio recording?
It depends on the size of your file. For example 700MB 2,5h video file takes approx. 6 minutes to transcribe.
